I had to replenish my Aveeno supply recently. The pump was already an issue because pump design was such that can't get to lotion at bottom. Now, it's even worse. The pump where one presses down has been shortened by about 1/4 inch which makes it hard to pump even when full. It is too short, especially for the 33 oz bottle. The too short pumper on the very large bottle doesn't work. My hands are much smaller than normal adult sized hands so must be even more frustrating for normal to larger hands. It seems no testing has been done to test usability before rolling out.

This lotion is great! Its very hydrating and more of a medium consistency which is great. The smell is very neutral which is also nice. This bottle does last for a good amount of time.
