A: It does sit on the skin for a bit until absorbed. Like the previous answer-don't over apply. This is NOT a dry oil though.
submitted byMum23 - 2 years agoA: It does absorb into the skin - don't over apply. Just one squirt on my lower legs and one on the thigh does it. Does it instantly absorb? No, no oil does. But if you don't over apply it will absorb quickly and look like soft, smooth skin, not shiny Crisco body builder skin. =-)

A: I use it daily after I shower and immediately put clothes on. Never seen a stain on any color. Even when I over apply the oil, I’ve seen no issues.

Q: This oil mist sounds great but I'm allergic to fragrance in skin care. It's called "unscented," but the ingredients list contains fragrance. Is this the right ingredients list?

A: Hey there, that's a really good question! It's actually a pretty common misconception between fragrance-free and unscented. Fragrance-free means that no fragrance has been added to the formula what's so ever, and the total products smells like a combination of all the ingredients. Unscented is a claim that means a fragrance may been added to make those combination of ingredients have a truly neutral smell. Hope that helps!

Intensely moisturizing , I had rough skin from an ezcema breakout and it has improved in one day! The surface is not as dry and not as cracked and is softer by leaps. Initially wasn’t too impressed because the price is a little higher than other oils I’ve used in the past.

Love this body oil. I bought it when my legs were suffering from a painful episode of razor burn and irritation for over 24 hours. I add a few drops to my body lotion in my hand and rub it in. Works instantly. My dry, sensitive skin drinks it up. It’s smooth but not greasy. Can always trust Aveeno to be high quality yet affordable.

I bought this because it’s a spray and for easy application. It does leave my skin feel soft and smooth after applying my Naturium body lotion. However it does have a light scent that’s like a light citrus scent to it but I love it!

I bought this to spray on my back. This is poorly designed. It doesnt “spray” but rather drops and is hard to push. Might as well just pour into your hand because that’s what ended up happening anyway.

I am a skincare/product snob. I was instantly impressed by this. It’s kind a dry oil…with a very nice light beach scent. Not greasy at all and absorbs quickly. Coconut maybe? But it’s soft. A fragrance will layer nicely on top of it without clashing. I was looking at a 40$ almond oil product and I just can’t pay that much. I’m glad I tried this because it instantly brightened up my dry winter skin. Definitely spray it close to your skin like the bottle suggests so it doesn’t go flying everywhere.

I keep this in my shower and spray it on all over before I dry off, it seals in the moisture and makes my skin feel really soft and smooth. It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly. It has a nice very light subtle clean scent that doesn’t compete with other lotions or perfume. I love this oil!

I use a few other Aveeno products that work great for my sensitive skin, so I was disappointed that fragrance was added to this oil. It is quite a strong scent, and after two days of use, it triggered an eczema flareup on my hands. This is a bummer as I do like the consistency and absorption rate of the oil itself. I'd buy again if they released this in a no-fragrance-added option. I also agree with another review that this bottle doesn't spray well so rather than "spritz" all over your body you have to squirt it into your hands to apply if you don't want to make a mess.
