Q: Why do the instructions say to "shake well" before using?

A: Hi, great question! Our body wash contains both water and oil soluble ingredients, so in order to have the best experience with our nourishing oat formula, we recommend giving the bottle a shake before opening.

You have another Lost Customer. The new formula is more clear than creamy looking. It is more difficult to foam up. It causes the washcloth to "drag" on the skin. It leaves my skin squeaky and dry feeling.The old formula was fantastic for years. Now, need to find new product. Sad.

I recently discovered Aveeno because I thought Jennifer Aniston had beautiful skin. I found out she's been using Aveeno for years. So I tried it and I love it. It's a real dream going to bed with such soft and sweet smelling skin. EVEN WHEN I HAVE USED IT IN THE MORNING!✨✨✨ I started using this before I went to Europe this fall and I just fell in love with it. I also use the facial products and my skin has always been very good...but now it's absolutely amazing!

Any Aveeno product is going to be great for you. This one is one of my favorites. It leaves the skin feeling so smooth and moisturized. It is very creamy when apply it to the sponge and then it gets foaming when applying on to skin. Leaves skin feeling hydrated and smells great! Packaging is a normal I wouldn’t expect it differently.

I have been a long time user of Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Body Wash because it was the only thing that didn't make me break out or irritate my skin with the scent. I just got a bottle of the new formula and after 2 showers I now have breakouts and the scent is HORRIBLE! Bring the original formula back! Or at least offer it so those of us who can only use that have a product! Now it's back to trying any and all brands to find something that works. And don't tell me to try the sensitive skin formula, it didn't work.

I was excited to try the new formula for this Aveeno body wash because I liked the original formula I was already using and thought "sulfate free" would make it even better. But it made my skin feel dry, the smell wasn't as pleasant and I noticed in comparing ingredients that not only did they take out the sulfates, they also took out the "oat kernal oil" and oat kernal extract" which is disappointing. I went out and bought the old formula that is still on the shelves at my local store but will eventually have a find a new body wash when I run out.

I've been using Aveeno body wash for the past 7 years and it had been one of my favorite products that always makes me feel good. But not anymore. The new formula has a weird smell, it's so watered down I have to use twice as much - but of course it costs more than ever before, and my skin feels more dried out. I used to use the body wash, rinse it off, then shave with no shaving cream because the body wash had left my skin so smooth I didn't need it. Now shaving feels dry and painful and as soon as I step out of the shower, my skin is dry. I'm so disappointed that my favorite product is now one of my least favorites. Aveeno, please adjust or go back to how it was, I truly loved it before now.

Hi, I’ve been using your fragrance free bodywash for 15 years (no exaggeration) and I’ve loved how good it was for sensitive skin and for those like me who are hyper sensitive to smell. The new formula smells like chemicals. Why change a great product?! Please consider bringing back the old formula. I personally will have to seek out something else after years of being a satisfied customer if the new formula stays.

I've used Aveeno's fragrance free body wash for years. I loved how gentle moisturizing it was. The new formula smells like baby powder and strips my skin! Why change the formula? If it ain't broken don't "fix" it, right? Aveeno, bring back the old formula, please!

Great neutral unscented body wash. Texture is creamy, rinses off well, cap is easy to open! Not insanely moisturizing but doesn’t strip skin, and is a good value.
