Aveeno Positively Smooth Shave Gel - 7oz

Unfortunately, I won’t be buying this shaving cream again. I usually love Aveeno products, however, not this one. I have never had so many nicks and cuts before. I also had skin irritation, lots of tiny red bumps. The gel also claims to keep legs smoother. I felt it did not and I shaved more! I do like the light aloe scent. I switch back to my usual shaving gel and I have no problems.

Best shaving cream ever

The shave gel provides a comfortable shave for those with sensitive skin. It was recommended to me by a dermatologist. However, I noticed that it is full of parabens.

I have extremely sensitive skin, like I’m literally allergic to my own scratching, if I get itchy and scratch the spot I break out into these patchy rashes; so as you can imagine shaving can be a struggle for me, lots of ingrowns and razor bumps and strawberry skin. I’ve been through a very large variety of shaving creams and foams but nothing has ever left me so smooth and clear like this one. I usually develop sever razor burn the day after I shave, with many ingrowns but today i woke up and my legs are just as smooth and clear as yesterday. I havent seen not 1 razor bumps or patchy redness. The smell is not overwhelming (unless you have a sensitive sense of smell) and honestly it smells pretty nice, fresh almost. The shaving gel itself is very dense and when you foam it up its a LOT of product (made the mistake of pumping too much at first lol.) it doesnt require a lot of pumps to get both legs done. Very good product and would definitely recommend to those with sensitive skin, it works wonders.

Really good for sensitive skin that gets sore, or inflamed after having a shave. This cream also smells really good too. I would say this is good value for money

I like the application of the gel but it makes my skin feel hot.. It's like it has a warming sensation when used on the *lady parts* which I HATE. Makes me think there's something in it that's not safe for skin. It's also a moderate fragrance, not mild at all. It has an ameretto (almond) fragrance.

This is my favorite shaving cream! I’ve tried EOS and others, and I continue to come back to aveeno. It’s reliably good and leaves me with no bumps nor a big mess to scrub out of the bathtub.

this product smells good and help me get w close shave, before i shave i exfoliate which also helps get a good shave i would recommend this product if you have sensitive skin and if you want an affordable shaving product.

Definitely gives a smooth finish. Has a nice lather and makes it easy to glide razor on skin. Last a decent amount of time I only buy this product every 2-3 weeks.

I've tried every name brand shave cream/gel - and every off-brand. There's no comparison to this one! My legs and other areas are so smooth and even feel like I applied lotion after shaving.also it’s very affordable.

Good product for shaving. I use it due to my sensitive skin, and I don’t get as irritated as I do with other products. Smells good, price is decent.

Love this shaving gel. Works great for sensitive skin, doesn’t have a strong perfume odor, I shave less now than before. Love how smooth the razor slides on my legs.

This shave gel smells amazing! It comes out as a gel then smooths out into a soft foamy cream. It makes my skin feel smooth after using and makes it easy to track where I am shaving. It does not affect my PH and works great!! Worth the price for the quality!

Like the product, but there is an issue with the container. After using, a bubbly foam substance appeared around the top and nozzle area.

Last time I tried to cheap out and get the store brand instead of Aveeno. Learned the hard way. This one has a sturdy pump, a little goes a long way, and I get a smooth close shave each time. No obnoxious scent either.
