I have been a dedicated Aveeno skin relief customer until I got the new scent. I can barely use it the chemical smell is so bad. I can’t imagine why they would change such an awesome product.

I love these refill packets. They do not have a scent and it’s a great value for your money because you save on repurchasing a bottle of body wash. It’s ingredients are effective and yet gentle on your skin leaves your skin smooth.

LOVE the product but shipping was a disaster!
I love the body wash but had it shipped and the laI've had things shipped that were package terribly and the product was slightly damage. In this instance it was packed in a too large box without any real padding and arrive with box unsealed and product package puncture and leaking. So yes, I recommend the body wash just not having it shipped.

"New Formula" is NOT fragrance Free as stated.
My husband and I have been using Aveeno Fragrance Free products for years but his first use of the "New Formula" body wash is horrible. I could smell the chemical scent emanating from him from several feet away. Fortunately, we have enough of the original formula left to use until we can get to the store for a return. I am SO disappointed in Aveeno. Apparently, quality control has gone the wayside so we'll be looking for another brand.

Wish I had read reviews before buying
I used this product almost 20 years and used to give it 4 or 5 stars — BUT the “new formula,” which I should have researched before buying, has Pelargonium graveolens flower oil — which is GERANIUM. Something myself and many people are sensitive to, as it’s quite a powerful scent even in nature, never mind concentrated into an oil. I’m going to contact customer service for a refund or coupon. I will have to switch to Calm & Restore formula and hope it doesn’t have a strong smell!

Unscented is now scented
The product formulation has changed and now has a very “perfumy” smell. I still have some of the previous formulation and there is a distinct difference between them. The former doesn’t smell but the latter does. Photos of I ngredient lists included. The one with “Sodium Laurel Sulfate” is the old formulation.

New formula is not it
Baught a refill after running out and right away noticed the product is thinner and clearer. Then this unscented soap, that admittedly used to have a slight smell of bread dough, smells more fragrant then most shampoos. I’ve also noticed my itchy skin is back after using the new and not improved formula. Can no longer recommend and will be on the hunt again.

Smells AWFUL!
It smells like an industrial solvent! It is so drying! I have used the no fragrance aveeno for over 10yrs due to my sensitive skin. I am so sad that I have to find a different soap and I had wasted money on a restock of it for my household. So disappointed!

Can’t find the refill anywhere
I know the formula just went through a major change, but I didn’t hate it. Totally understand why so many people do, there’s definitely a scent to it now that could be unpleasant for some. My issue is that they finally had a refill size, and I bought about a half dozen of them, and then, poof! It’s gone. What’s the point? Just weird business decisions. Guess I’ll look to another brand. I would normally recommend this product, but I can’t right now, because you can’t find it anywhere! Aveeno used to be so reliable, they were the experts in clean, sensitive skin care. Lately, I’m not sure what’s going on.

So they made a huge deal about having the refill size and in less then 18 months they got rid of it. Can't find it anywhere and even the site lists no sellers. Wow. Ok well that sucks. The product it's self is great not having the refill size is dumb.

Ive been using this body wash alone for over 6 years now As soon as i opened the “new formula” one i immediately knew something was different. Chemical smell and makes my skin feel so dry. I really hope i can find a new bodywash that can compare to aveenos skin relief old formula.

Awful "New Formula"
The new formula is awful. I was convinced that my husband somehow got our shower cleaner in into the bottle. They have added scent to this soap and it now smells like chemicals. It’s so bad. I called the manufacturer number because I thought it was a bad batch, but have come to find out that this is the “new formula”. Stay away or buy the other body washes they smell much better.

What does fragrance free mean?
I have been using this for years and I am completely distracted by the fact that the new formula of this “fragrance free” product has a noticeable scent!
