This used to be my favorite body wash. I looked forward to a warm relaxing bath with the wonderful lavender scent. Not anymore, I don’t smell anything and the lotion is the same way. I guess Aveeno thinks we’re idiots. If you’ve been forced to dumb down the product, take the lavender off the container because it’s a joke. On my way to a more reliable product.

Aveeno has been my go-to for 2 decades for multiple skin products. I recently opened a bottle of this "new formula" version of the skin relief body wash. It is horrible! * Offensive chemical smell * Leaves skin tight and dry like you put rubbing alcohol on your skin * Clearly watered down Clearly the company changed the formula chasing profits at the expense of quality. What a disappointment.

The old formula was like a hug. It was nostalgic. It was calming. It was comforting. It was something that I could come back to in cold winters when I needed some relief. This new formula was such a disappointment. The smell is harsh. I only used a little of a 32 oz container before I tossed it in the trash. I know change is hard to accept but I can't accept this. Aveeno, please bring back the original formula with the lavender, chamomile, and ylang ylang. If you have to raise the price, I'm sure your customers will accept it. I beg of you. This new formula has nothing on the old one. Please go back to the purple cap that kept us coming back! Get rid of the brown that makes me frown :(

If I could give this new formula a zero stars I would. This does nothing for my skin, not soothing of anything. Why would you discontinue the old formula. It was clearly a hit. This is as a poor strategic move and has rendered nothing but very upset customers. I used the lotion too and where did that go!?! And would recommend to everyone. The entire positively line was clearly a hit. Who made the decision to take that off the market? Honestly, they have done nothing but hurt the company and the bottom line. I would at this point listen to what the consumers actually want…

They uses clean ingredients in this product that make my skin feel great after using. No irritation or allergic reaction. I love the mild scent, not too strong of lavender which is really nice. It's on the thicker side so a little bit goes a long way.

Aveeno stress relief used to be my favorite lotion with a calming clean aroma. Now it has a terrible artificial chemical perfumey smell. I thought I had gotten a counterfeit knock off with the brown cap, but I've bought several bottles and the formula has definitely changed. I'll use up what I have on my feet and I won't be buying it again.

Barely lathers with a loofah! I was really looking forward to trying this as I love the SPF 30 face lotion and the scent smelled relaxing out of the bottle. However, huge disappointment when there was barely any lather and I had to use another body wash to get through my shower. Will be returning for a refund.

I bought the new formula this past weekend and there is no comparison to the original. I've been purchasing the original for close to 20 years. I will move on to finding a different product, I can't believe the terrible choice you made changing the formula and whomever thought this stunt was a good move should be fired!
