If you go to the Avery website, it will tell you what type of printer you need to use with these labels. They will not work with just any inkjet printer.

Excellent labels. We use these for printing equipment labels for shipments going offshore or being stored outdoors in the facility. Confirm if you are using a laser printer or inkjet printer and order to match. It's really that easy. The ink will fade out before the label deteriorates. If you plan on removing the label, I suggest folding a bottom corner to have something to grab. Otherwise, you may have to use a razor to remove. Well worth the money to keep equipment identified and getting it returned.

Not waterproof AT ALL! I printed a test and let it sit for 24 hours, got it wet and the design just wiped off!! It is not clear enough that you have to use a specific type of inkjet printer, a type that is pretty rare - Pigment Based ink printer, which my printer uses a combination of Dye and Pigment types, and most photo printers do. Very few printers use all pigment ink. Business owners will not know this or understand - if it says for INKJET printers, they will assume they are okay. Complete waste of money!!!
