Poor quality. Does not form circle shape and balls do not fill it as much as the pictures shows

Hi Julie - We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the B. toys WonderFill Ball Pit. As the instruction sheet suggests, try using a hair dryer on medium heat to reshape the pit into a circle. Don't keep the heat in one place for too long, though! My son loves this ball pit. We got it for his first birthday and he jumps in it everyday. The balls are enough to cover the bottom and then some. You could always add more if wanted. Good price for what you get.

Overall it does the job! Balls seem to work good and I like the foam wall. Slightly out of shape but maybe it will take better shape after it’s been open longer. My 10 month old twins are enjoying it already
