Description
The Baby Delight® Slumber is a rocking bassinet designed for portability and for small spaces. The Slumber’s Charcoal Tweed fabric and clean lines make it sleek and modern, while the optional canopy and netting add design features for any situation – both indoors or out. All of our sleep products have mesh walls for visibility and breathability and the Slumber is no different. Depending on your preference, the Bassinet can be manually rocked or locked into a stationary position. The entire cover, along with the included sheet are machine washable. The Baby Delight® Slumber conveniently folds up in seconds and can be put into the included carry bag for travel or storing.

A: Hi Dana, great question. In it's most compact state, the Slumber measures 24in x 7 in x 27 in height. This portable bassinet comes with a carry bag, which requires you to remove the legs, in this state, the Slumber will be 24in x 7in x 20in height. Hope this helps!

Q: Is the canopy intended for overnight use? I think the main use is for outdoors and bugs, but we have two cats and I am hoping this canopy will deter them and ease any anxiety about them jumping into the bassinet over night! Thanks!

You can absolutely leave the canopy on for overnight use- because it is mesh on one side, it is still breathable and you are still able to take a peak at your little one whenever necessary. A: Hey there! Approximate dimensions on this are 31" x 16". Please keep in mind it is an oval-like shape so dimensions are based on longest x widest points.

A: Hey there! You want to make sure to detach the legs! You can just push the small silver button/tabs on either side and pull away. This should help everything fit better in the bag but please don't hesitate to reach out with further questions! It arrived promptly and worked perfectly for vacationing with our 4 month old! It was easy to assemble and packs away nicely, saving so much room in the van. The charcoal tweed is also stylish and a very lovely color. Highly recommend!

This bassinet was disappointing once put together. Even in the stationary mode, it felt wobbly on carpet and wasn’t steady like it still would rock. The mattress/platform section of the bassinet would also not lay flat where one end was higher than the other, which would mean baby would be laying at an angle as well. The canopy was a nice touch as it completely covers the bassinet, but it’s snug and threatens to pop off. It is small and packs up well in the travel bag, which is great for this style bassinet. The quality and sturdiness of the bassinet is the biggest concern. Overall for the price was not impressed with this bassinet and will be returning.

I like how compact, mesh siding and collapsible features. This is my first experience with a bassinet and it started falling apart after 3 months. The design is practical and safe due to mesh siding which allows more airflow. What I dislike is the bassinet started leaning more forward on both ends, no matter the position of the baby. The option to lay the legs flat or propped for rocking mode is an option but not necessary. Overall the design is great and probably one of the safest but it's definitely made with cheap materials due to the bed itself leaning forward resulting my baby sleeping at an angle. I've maneuvered it but it still ends up moving. With all that being said we used this from February 10, when she was 1 month and half old, after returning a different bassinet. It doesn't last but is useful for s few months which is all we needed it for until we feel comfortable transitioning back to her crib. Now that she is 4 months we will be transitioning her to her crib. I will not be donating or reselling the bassinet since it is no longer working properly. Again great safe design but cheap materials, specifically the "aluminum" legs.

First, the bassinet came shipped to us used. It was very obviously from the way the entire box was stoch taped together. Despite that, my husband still opened the box to assemble the bassinet. It was extremely unstable once it was put together. The bottom of the bassinet is literally a piece of cardboard. I would never trust my newborn baby in this thing. I'm glad we put it together ahead of time so we have time to return. I was so excited for this bassinet and I am extremely disappointed in the quality.

Purchased this bassinet because we were worried about our cat bothering our newborn and the screen seemed like a great solution. The netting worked perfectly and provided peace of mind overnight. Cons: - The mattress has a crease in it that would bunch up under baby’s back - Once baby was bigger (~7 weeks) she would often end up with her face near the fabric lining rather than the mesh wall which made me nervous so we quickly transitioned to the bassinet function of the pack n play since the whole side wall is mesh rather than a fabric portion.

This collapses for easy travel the airlines had no problem shipping it the same as a car seat but it’s light enough and small enough when it’s folded to fit directly into my checked bag. My son absolutely loved the seat. It was comfortable and very sturdy.

The sides are made of a mesh material that keeps air flowing but also visible to see baby. One side comes down to attach to the bed for sleeping. There are 6 various height adjustments that can be made to be the perfect height for what you need.

My baby boy sleeps really well in this. He wakes up alot at night so it's super easy to move the bassinet into the living room with me so I don't disturb anyone else while feeding the baby and trying to put him back to sleep. Very convenient!
