Q: My Sea Dreams Soother has stopped its movement function out of nowhere and for no reason! The music still plays but the characters won't move anymore. It was our favorite part of the toy/product! How can we get fixed/replaced?

This has been one of my son's favorite things! We used it when we traveled long distance in the car with him. He just lights up whenever it is turned on. I will say that we generally do not use it if we are trying to have him sleep because he likes it so much he watches it and won't go to sleep. It has been a staple for him since he was 3 months (he is a year old) and is still going strong. LOVE IT!

I swear by this crib sound soother. It’s the only way I got any kind of sleep with my children. This sound soother is an excellent way to transition babies into their cribs and even into their own rooms.They do last for a long time and if and when it breaks it’s worth buying another one.

I liked this for my baby, it had great soothing sounds, and really helped entertain in the crib! I loved the remote so I didn’t have to go in and turn it back on when it shut off. but wholey crap it is a battery sucker! I had to stop using it because I felt like I was replacing C batteries every 2-3 weeks.

Out of the box it was glitchy, paused and the turning of the gears made a loud annoying sound. It sounds like the gears are getting stuck and when it releases it makes a horrible sound. not soothing at all. Returned, ordered a second one, will update scores if the second one is not damaged.
