A: How to Change the Batteries in Your Baby Shusher What you’ll need: 1 Phillips screwdriver 2 new AA batteries Steps: 1. Remove the top cap – The battery compartment is under the top cap. Locate the screw in the top-center, unscrew using your Phillips screwdriver, and lift off the cap. 2. Release the battery clip – Press the tab to release the clip holding the batteries in place. 3. Remove the batteries – Turn the unit upside down so the batteries slide out. 4. Insert new batteries – Place the new AA batteries in the same orientation as the old ones. 5. Replace the battery clip – Snap the clip back into position to secure the batteries. 6. Reattach the top cap – Screw the top back in place. Tip: Do not overtighten; if the top won’t turn, slightly loosen the screw until the device powers on. 7. Test your Baby Shusher – Turn it on to make sure it works properly. Simple yet effective
It's pretty simple but it seems to work. Its kind of similar to a white noise machine but portable and easy to pop in a diaper bag. If baby is used to the shushing sound it seems to work better but it also sounds like womb sounds so an easy adjustment.

Skeptical, but it has its uses
I was skeptical of the BabyShusher. As a parent of four, I've seen it all when it comes to different gadgets to help babies sleep. I will say that this is pretty useful when you don't have a phone or tablet that you can use to play white noise or something similar. The audio is pretty good. But I wish the "shhh" sounds would have variable durations instead of a consistent "shhhh." Variance in "shhhh" duration would help make it sound more natural. A positive of the Babyshusher is the size of the device. It fits well inside a diaper bag.

Works
We have been trying everything to help quiet our baby especially at night when he just wants to be held. We turned this on and within 5 minutes he was quiet and we wasn't having to hold him for him not to scream. We was shocked how well this worked and how fast. It's easy to use and has a volume button and different shushers. The longer shush worked better for our baby. It did kinda creap us out when we first turned it on but whatever works so we can get some sleep.

Really works! Soothing Sounds
At first I thought there was no way this can actually help calm her but I was totally surprised when it worked. It’s really easy to us and I love the little strap so I can attach it to the car seat or stroller when we’re out and about. At first I was concerned with the design but it’s very simple and everything is contained so I feel safe using it. It’s my new go to for baby showers! because we honestly can’t live with out it!

Easy to use!

Baby Shusher
I never used a baby shusher with my first two kids, but with my third baby I thought I would give it a try. I love this thing!! It helps to engage a babies natural calming reflex. It is small, portable and can be used anywhere. It has a 15 minute setting, as well as a 30 minute setting. The shushing noise is nice and quiet, not super loud. This is a must on any baby registry.

Couldn't imagine life without the now!
I bought this for my niece who just had her first baby a month ago. I bought it solely based on a blogger that I follow who said and I quote "we don't go anywhere without it"... That's all I needed to hear to satisfy my purchase. You better now for about 2 weeks and it's always wherever the baby is. They said it comes my nephew down when the changes diaper. It helps him sleep and just provides great white noise. It's ridiculously easy to use. Three notches are for 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and off, it's basically goof proof..lol!

Great Tool To Help Baby Sleep
This was a great tool for our 17 month old daughter. It really helped her to keep from crying and it helped her sleep through the night! I enjoyed how easy it was to set it near her crib, where she couldn't touch it of course and how clear it sounded and how it made her sleep quickly. I also liked how easy it was to turn it on and off when we needed to. I would recommend this to anyone that has a newborn or older baby!

Baby Soother

Simple baby sound machine
This is a pretty cool little sound machine! Just a heads up, it only plays one sound, a rhythmic "shush," but that’s kind of the whole point. You can adjust the volume and set timers, which is handy, and it comes with a strap for easy hanging or travel. I tried it with my baby daughter and it actually seemed to soothe her, so I’d say it does exactly what it claims. Simple, but effective!

Great Baby Item
This is a super simple but effective baby sleep product. I like that is rechargeable with the included charger so no need to keep buying batteries and it doesn’t have to be plugged in all of the time. There’s only a few settings and no fancy app that’s needed so it’s user friendly.

Portable !!
Babyshusher the sleep miracle has worked for us. Love how portable it is, we can take it anywhere. It has two timer options, a 15 or 30 minutes. The volume is controlled by turning the bottom. Comes with a strap attachment.

Baby sleep whisperer
Magical device. I purchased one after seeing our newborn photographer use it to keep our baby calm for 1 hour of photos. This works better than the fancy crib with built in white noise machine! Only thing baby may wake up when it automatically stops, otherwise genius product.

Helps babies learn how to self sooth.
This is a cute baby husher. It works with 2 AA batteries and you can turn up the volume of the “ hush” sound by twisting the bottom. I love that the “hush” sound captures my grandson’s attention when he gets a little fussy. I also like that it comes with a little strap to place on the device which is great for traveling. It is not a big device which is nice p. It is a nice sized device where my grandson’s little hands can hold. I love that this device helps babies learn how to self sooth by engaging their natural calming reflex. This would make a great gift!

Portable, relaxing for baby
So this idea of a literal shushing sound for baby is genius! It’s easy to use, volume and type of shushing is adjustable by twisting then end. My baby liked it but only while he was awake as was able to hold it. It definitely helped calm him but didn’t put him to sleep.

This is a must have for your baby
How fun to have something shush, your baby besides yourself. This makes the perfect shish sound to calm your baby.When baby is crying. It does require battery. This little device is so fun because it does it for you. It's portable, so you can take it on the go. You can set it on a timer as well.And there's a strap included to attach to the crib

Uses true human shhhhh
This product is exactly what it says. When you turn it on, it plays a voice going shhhh, shhhh over and over. You can control the volume, and it has a 15 or 30 minute timer. It is portable. At home, I personally like my brown noise maker. However, since this is portable it’s a great option for the car or somewhere you’re unable to “shh”

Baby Shusher white Noise machine
I received these products for free from the Hey, Bullseye™ sampling program in exchange for my honest review. This is an amazing product! I've been using this when my newborn baby is fussy and it calms him down quickly. It's super easy to use and I love that there aren't buttons and just turn of the dial to adjust the volume and to turn on the device.
