Get the Hatch Go instead, it is way better and has a shushing sound in its rotation. Hatch Go is better than this Baby Shusher because 1) it has 7-8 sounds in addition to shushing (this only has the 1 shushing sound), 2) it plays until you shut it off (this only plays for 15 or 30 minutes), 3) the design of this is dumb in my opinion, speaker is on the bottom so any way you want to use it so you can actually hear it it’s unstable and will roll away. Wish I hadn’t registered for it

I only really use it now in the car for <30 minute rides, but the design leaves much to be desired. It does help him calm down and maybe even helps him fall asleep, but the timer only allows for either 15 or 30 minute increments, where my baby wakes up immediately once it turns off. It’s also near impossible to engage one-handed because you have to turn the top and bottom in different directions, not to mention the little strap thing is incredibly difficult to secure onto something. Also, the speaker is on the bottom, so if you plan on standing the unit, the sound will be muted. Lastly, it’s made out of hard plastic so if you, for example, attach it to an infant car seat and then dare to move said car seat, be prepared for the loud banging to either sterile or wake your sleeping child.

My baby absolutely loves this. I love that it is on a timer and is perfect for nap/bed time. This is a baby necessity!

I didn’t like it at first as I found it overstimulating. However, it helps my baby stay asleep in the bassinet. It also helps my baby sleep longer stretches at night. We were struggling with baby being very noisy during their active sleep. The baby shusher helped! Just wish it had an option for longer time.

I dropped this thing literally once and it no longer works. Extremely overpriced for how apparently flimsy it is

Product does what it is suppose to and saves us the stress of “shushing”. However, it is a poor design. Who puts the speaker on the bottom where it stands on. If you stand it up it is very quiet. You have to have it lying on the side rolling around so it falls off the table. Very bad design. Otherwise it is fine and very loud.

This is a life saver. I didn’t know if I wanted to pull the trigger on it but so glad I did. My daughter didn’t sleep at all during the first month or more and this helped her settle down on the go.

It works great for my kid, it helps smooth her back to sleep so I don’t have to lay there shushing. Sometimes it doesn’t help but thats her stubbornness. I’ve had it for just under three months and it’s starting to do remixes. I play it for her during naps and at night. The timer is a bummer because I have to get up every half hour to turn it back on before she stirs. But the battery is already going (hence the remix) so I’ll be looking for something different.

My son LOVES the shushing sound but this is the only shusher he’ll listen to without screaming. I’ve tried hatch and dreamegg but he only likes this one! It’s expensive but it gives me so much sanity when he immediately calms down.

Broke in first day. Second one broke in a day as well.

Liked the product and idea but dislike longevity. It lasted about two months.

Our baby loves to fall asleep to shushing so this is wonderful to give us a break. Sounds just like a person shushing, works great. Only reason for 4 stars is the strap is pretty much useless, there should be a hook or some better way to attach it to a bassinet or crib.

I liked it while we used it, but didn’t like the timer setting. It also seems poorly designed to me and cheap. I dropped it- not a long ways- and it stopped working, not worth the money!

I decided to purchase this for my newborn after seeing how well it worked for my nephew. I was really excited to use it but unfortunately it never worked.

The idea is great but the design sucks & it creeped me out so it ended up being returned.
