The Baby Trend EZ-Lift™ PLUS Infant Car Seat with Cozy Cover provides parents with an easier way to LIFT and GRIP their infant car seat. The removable cozy cover offers your child added comfort and warmth to keep them happy and at ease. Weighing at less than 8 lb, the EZ-Lift™ PLUS allows parents to carry their infant car seat in a way that lessens the strain on their backs. This lifting technique has even been recommended by chiropractors as an ergonomically friendly method for carrying. The EZ-Lift™ also includes a multi-position base with level indicator as well as No-Twist Harness Indicator that allows parents to quickly see when the straps of the car seat are twisted. Safety-wise, the carrying handle of the EZ-Lift™ PLUS acts as an anti-rebound bar when it is placed in forward position. Like all Baby Trend car seats, the EZ-Lift™ PLUS Infant Car Seat meets and exceeds all federal safety standards.

I haven’t used it just yet because my baby won’t be here until next month. However, I analyzed the whole seat and played with hooking and unhooking the base. The only thing I’m not happy about is the car seat cover is not removable. Otherwise, I’m ecstatic to try it out and hope my little one likes it as much as I do 😉

The base is easy to install and unistall in the car and it has a level so that the kid can seat in the proper angle by age. Construction seems sturdy and textiles are soft and don't smell like chemicals

Too often do I run into car seats that support a wide weight of ranges, but it appears to really cater to one weight and size with the others as a secondary thought. The safety harness has multiple points of connection to best fit babies of all sizes, the harness can also expand for larger babies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This car seat comes with a detachable base and is easy to get strapped down and tighten. Make sure the bubble is where it needs to be in the level. I do wish it had a level on both sides of the base. Once the base is secure, you simple just place the car seat on the base and it snaps in. To release the seat, there is a lever you push that is located at the top of the car seat under the head area. It is that simple to put it on and take off. The car seat comes with little pads that can be removed as the baby grows. You can also adjust the straps for when they get bigger. The hood is easy to open and close. Can be done with one hand. I find that the car seat is lightweight. This car seat will last a long time as it can be safely used up to 35 pounds. If you have any issues just refer to the instruction booklet, it walks you through everything.

This one is lighter and easier to manage, not bulky. It doesn’t have supportive headrests for your LO, just a soft cloth one.

I have done this same thing a thousand times but this was a bit different and I was second guessing myself about everything. After carefully putting the grand little in the seat and making certain everything was as it should be I picked it up and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was to hold and tote. This was definitely not the same type of carseat I used for my Littles! It was so easy and felt so snug and secure. I gently placed it in the car and off we went. It stayed in place and kept the grand little protected and safe. It is very durable and stylish at the same time. I highly recommend this to anyone having a little of their own!

It is light weight, but has many safety features and so many different ways to adjust things to fit your child uniquely. The "click" that you hear when you lock it in the base ensures that they are in safe and secure. It's also easily removed. So many pros whole also being affordable. We have several Baby Trend products and they never disappoint. From a mommy of 5 that has carried many different carseats over the past 17 years.
