Very Poor Experience – Unsafe Delivery & Unacceptable Customer Service
This has been one of the most frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a baby travel system from Target. The order was delayed repeatedly, and when it finally arrived, the packaging was destroyed and the car seat itself was damaged inside. This is a newborn car seat — a safety-critical product — and Target shipped it in unusable condition. We are currently stuck in the hospital after childbirth because we cannot take our baby home without a car seat. I clearly explained this emergency situation to customer service and asked for an immediate replacement or solution. Target did absolutely nothing: • No expedited replacement • No temporary solution • No escalation • Replacement would take weeks • Only response: “Return it first and wait.” I called customer service 4–5 times. Every time I asked about arranging a pickup return (the store is far and we’re in the hospital), I was placed on hold for 20–30 minutes and then the call was disconnected. This happened repeatedly. The customer service agents showed zero professionalism, zero empathy, and zero accountability. For a company like Target, especially when dealing with infant safety equipment, this level of service is disgraceful. If you are expecting a baby or need a car seat urgently, do not rely on Target. When something goes wrong, they will leave you stranded.

Issue with order
Have not received order. Was delivered to wrong address. Customer service has not fixed this. Filed compliant with BBB as well as disputed the transaction on my credit card. I would think twice about ordering from target.com

Would not recommend this stroller. (VIDEOS ATTACHED) I bought this in September of 2025. I didn’t use it until October when my baby was born, in November the wheels started squeaking very bad. I reached out they told me to put cooking oil on the wheels and after like 3-4 days it continued to squeak. I reached out again and they offered a replacement . I was very grateful and thought it was going to be fixed. Than I am informed that I have to destroy a perfectly good carseat, and bassinet , all because THE WHEELS were squeaking. . I got the replacement and within 2 weeks it started squeaking again. I wanted to just return it and get a new stroller because if the stroller wheels were already acting up within 1-2 months of opening it, How was it supposed to last until my baby is 2 years old sitting up in the stroller part. Now they wont give me a refund and are trying to offer me a cheaper stroller system from there website.

Car seat gets stuck on stroller!!!
At first I loved this stroller. I loved the feature of connecting the car seat to the stroller. When my baby was about 2 months the stroller began to give me issues when trying to remove the car seat from the stroller. My baby is now 4 months old and I have had to battle with this stroller/car seat several times in the freezing weather because I was unable to get the car seat removed from the stroller. It gets stuck and can not be lifted off. This is not a cheaply priced item, it should be expected to work properly. The last thing a new mom needs is to have to struggle to get the baby from the stroller into the car. There has been several times that I had to wiggle the car seat for 10 minutes to get it removed from the stroller.

Would not buy.
Do not buy this unless you want to hear squeaky wheels. This car seat has a hard time clicking into the stroller. One side goes in the other side doesn’t then it gets stuck to release the lock off of the one side.

Very difficult to place car seat into stroller. It’s pretty ridiculous. The wheels started squeaking so obnoxiously and finally looked into it- someone said to just switch the wheels and I did and it worked. But like why?

Can’t recommend enough!
Very grateful we chose evenflo! At the beginning of this year we were in a BAD car wreck when our little one was 3 months old. Everyone in the car had pretty major injuries but she was nearly perfectly untouched. The emergency response team and everyone at the hospital said they had never seen a car seat handle a wreck like ours so well. THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Great System
I bought this as a first time mom who was looking for an affordable car seat/stroller option. After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptical, but I decided to try it for myself. I’m so glad that I did. This car seat lasted us until my son was almost 1, if he didn’t max the 1 inch rule, it would have lasted longer. The stroller was a little difficult at first, but gets easier with time, I also wasn’t that bothered by it since we didn’t use it that often. Highly recommend if you’re also looking for an affordable and easy to use option.

SUPER DIFFICULT to lock car seat into stroller, even with 2 people. Has to be lined up perfectly. Not great for a new mom! Would not buy again! Also have to make sure car seat also locks into base in car. Only positive is stroller folds up well.
