Great for my purpose....
I was looking for a tote that I could carry either on my shoulder or by hand. I needed to hold my portable fold-up chair that I take to outdoor sporting events, but still not be something overly huge. This tote checks those boxes. My only complaint, which the bag doesn't really deserve, is that it has a laptop pocket, which I don't need. Not removing any stars for this, because it may be useful on occasion, and I suppose it's what this bag is designed to do. It would have been nice if the computer compartment were removable. I'm using the tote for something for which it wasn't really designed..... I can carry my snacks and water, AND my chair, as well as souvenirs I might purchase at the events. I like it!!

Love the zippable pocket when not traveling and when traveling, simply unzip and connect to roller bag. Also great for every day - laptop sleeve, tons of pockets - phone, pens etc.

Sturdy travel bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for its size and the luggage sleeve feature. It’s really good for a carryon even on smaller planes. The pockets are too small for the average water bottle, so that is a big negative for me. I carry my water bottle inside the bag and it works ok. The bag didn’t hold as much as I expected. Overall I like using th bag but had to make adjustments to what I wanted to carry. I use the laptop section for my iPad and a sketchbook. The phone pocket is great to have.

Exceptional quality
I bought this bag in 2020 and after three years of use still looks great. It holds my laptop and notebooks and files, plus office supplies. I have carried it on flights, it’s been thrown around in my car, can hold heavy items, yet maintains its shape. No tears and easy to clean. I thought of getting another one, but why when the one I have still looks great. Instead I bought one for a friend for Christmas. Love my bag and highly recommend..

Perfect size for the plane

It held a lot and fit under the seat and left room for my feet. The zipper top closure was a must for me and a water bottle fit easily in an outside pocket. Really love how it fits over the extended handle of my suitcase. The fabric and quality is top notch!

Strap Attachment Broke in lLess Than a year.
I live the bag. Perfect for flying. East front pockets and a zip on the outside for my phone or credit card. Problem, less than a month of use the strap attachment broke. The bag was warrantied, but the second bag hasn’t held up in my opinion. The front pockets are ripping even though I hardly use them.
