I got something completely different than what I ordered. I ordered a pink backpack. I got a grey tote. Not happy.

HELP

HELP!!! I got this backpack a couple of month ago for a trip to Europe in June. The reason I got it was because it could be folded up in its own zippered pocket. Unfortunately I have not been able to get it to work!! Is there a quick video showing how to do it!!
