I love these bowls but was disappointed when both of mine eventually cracked. Great bowl if you are only putting dry food in them. What I loved was the rubber at the bottom to keep the bowl in place and the material seems thick and sturdy but ultimately cracked down the center of the bowl. They were such a pretty color and I had high hopes for them. I had been using one as a water bowl and it lasted me about 6 months before breaking.

I ought two of these bowls several years ago. Medium and Lg size. the Medium size is great the cats like it, they use it in our bathroom. the Lg I had outside and it did not do well in the exstreme temps and crracked. I ended up buying a petwell foutain for them to use but it's getting old now so I think I well get the big bowl again and just use it inside. It's much easier to clean than the plastic foutains I can just hand clean everyday for fresh water.

I have 2 of these bowls. It’s fantastic for dry food and is super easy to clean! However, over time (6 months) of it having water in it, the top layer of the bowl will start to dissolve and eventually grow mold! Recommend for dry food but stick to a metal bowl for water please!!!

Sold as bamboo but melamine is harmful for your pets health. After several weeks of use 2 of my 4 dogs developed a horrible cough. After researching the material they are in the trash.

By far my favorite dog bowl we own. It is a fantastic size, great color, sturdy and doesn't slip all over on the floor when he is eating from it. The non-slip grips on the bottom are attached to the bowl, so they don't come off like some of the others. This bowl has gone through the dishwasher almost every other day for like 3 months now and it's still in great shape and still my favorite to use!
