There is a very small necktie style bandanna around the keychain that is a charm. Another charm is a ribbon bow made out of beads. It also holds the key to enter the gym, which is not like a normal key. The size is great. You can put everything in one place. The other charm is a white beaded bow, which gives a great contrast to the bandanna design, which also has white color in it. The keychain has a lot of space to hold a lot of keys.
