I am an avid at home cook, I do not have any allergies, so, fortunately, I can cook/eat the most delicious food in the world. However, my in laws all have several allergies and they have started asking me to cook for holidays, and it’s tricky making that transition since I don’t have any allergies. I make a bangin spicy vodka rigatoni from scratch, and these chickpea noodles are actually amazing… like maybe ONE PERCENT difference in texture from regular/gluten noodles. Soooooo good I’m very impressed

Enjoying more pasta dishes!

I have been buying these noodles for a few months now and they are very good. It has changed my diabetic husband’s eating greatly. With these noodles he does not have to have cooked ahead pasta to stop the starches like in regular pasta. Now he can still enjoy his pasta dishes without sugar spikes.

World's Best

The best gluten-free pasta in the world, maybe the best pasta of any kind. OK, a friend's mother's freshly-made egg pasta in northern Italy came close. Anyway, Banza Angel Hair's flavor is rich. I recommend it with pesto.

Delicious pasta

Best Noodles!

My son is picky about his noodles! Him having down syndrome sometimes makes texture a hurdle when trying to find alternative foods. He can't tell the difference from flour based noodles! This may be TMI but I find less bolting following a pasta meal with the chickpea noodles. Our family only cooks with Banza noodles, and we recommend them to everyone!

Great for extra protein

Be sure to follow the box instructions exactly to not over cook them. I have a gas stove top so as soon as it’s boiling, I turn off the water and let them soak for 8-9 minutes and they come out perfect. I’ve been using them more for summer cold salads to add extra protein.

Very Al Dente

I had high hopes for these! But I was let down by a very firm noodle. I cooked for the max time in the instructions and still too al dente.

I am so happy to have found Banza products. I have severe allergies to wheat and I also have sensitivities to nightshades and rice. So as you can imagine finding any gluten free pasta that does not contain rice and tastes like real pasta is extremely hard. But Banza to the rescue!! Thank you for making this wonderful product. I make the elbows about twice a week. I also love the plain pizza crusts so I can make my own white sauce pizzas. Yes, chickpea pasta is more delicate than wheat pasta and I found the best way to keep it's integrity is to boil water, add pasta, stir and bring back to a boil, cook for about 3 minutes, then turn off stove and put a lid on the saucepan and let the pasta sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes. Then strain and rinse and enjoy.

Yay Linguine!

I'm thrilled to finally find Banza linguine again. Impossible to find it locally anymore. We love all Banza pastas, but prefer linguine over spaghetti.

Highly recommend!

I am thankful for this product! I had to give up pasta because it would spike my blood sugar. I have tried so many pasta alternatives, and this one is best one I've ever had! It's so nice to enjoy pasta again! The taste and texture is great!
