I am so happy to have found Banza products. I have severe allergies to wheat and I also have sensitivities to nightshades and rice. So as you can imagine finding any gluten free pasta that does not contain rice and tastes like real pasta is extremely hard. But Banza to the rescue!! Thank you for making this wonderful product. I make the elbows about twice a week. I also love the plain pizza crusts so I can make my own white sauce pizzas. Yes, chickpea pasta is more delicate than wheat pasta and I found the best way to keep it's integrity is to boil water, add pasta, stir and bring back to a boil, cook for about 3 minutes, then turn off stove and put a lid on the saucepan and let the pasta sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes. Then strain and rinse and enjoy.

Unique shape for a non-wheat pasta, and in my (not that pro-pasta opinion) better tasting than regular pasta!

I'm thrilled to finally find Banza linguine again. Impossible to find it locally anymore. We love all Banza pastas, but prefer linguine over spaghetti.
My life is better now.

This is 10lbs of Banza Rotini Pasta. It’s maybe the best deal on the internet. It’s delicious and bountiful. I’ve never held 10lbs of past before. That has all changed now. Thank you Banza.
Highly recommend!

I am thankful for this product! I had to give up pasta because it would spike my blood sugar. I have tried so many pasta alternatives, and this one is best one I've ever had! It's so nice to enjoy pasta again! The taste and texture is great!

I bought this pasta as a healthier alternative hoping it would be good enough. It's more than good enough, it's amazing. I also tried simply nature brand and wouldn't buy it again. Definitely going with banza
Great taste. Better for you.

I love Banza products - both as someone with celiac and as a dietitian! Also, please continue making the wheel shape, as this is the only gluten-free pasta I can find that comes in this shape.

I am a health guru and know the positive aspects of pulses like chickpeas on sustainability in general (lower CO2 Emissions, nitrogen fixing etc), but how do I know that this chickpea pasta actually has 50% more protein, 3x more fibre, etc since I see no proof to support this in the form of a LCA or any other report. Do people just take their word for it or are we still being greenwashed in 2024?

I love chickpeas, hummus… so I thought I would love this pasta, but the smell is awful. The taste is ok, but after a few bites I had to throw it out even though I was avoiding smelling it. I was starving too, but just couldn’t finish it. (Checked the expiry and it was 2026 so it’s definitely not that.)
Very happy

First of all it’s a great pasta. Here was almost no breakage of pasta in the shipping process and in bulk it’s a great price
