Barbie 12.7" Beach Ken Doll Brown Hair/Brown Eyes Wearing Blue Swimsuit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There’s no issues with this doll. My daughter did say it’s harder to change its clothes than a girl Barbie but that’s not that big of an issue. Other than that the doll is great and has no other issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a basic Ken doll in swim trunks. My 3 and 4 year old used him as a customer at Barbie’s pretend store while they played with mom and dad. Ken seemed sturdy with unbeatable legs. Because he is in “beach attire” he had no shirt or shoes. My children had fun with him. I wish he had a shirt and sandals and that his legs bent. The children did no seem to care. I love the diversity and inclusivity of people of color in Barbie’s world of play.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Ken Doll with Dark Hair in exchange for my honest opinion. On his own, Ken is a little lackluster. Add some accessories or additional dolls or clothes and let your imagination run wild. These dolls are classic, and Ken has the potential to be the life of the party. On his own, my 3 year old quickly lost interest. Ken would be a great addition to a growing collection, or with some additional purchases. I like that Barbie is making more dolls with different skin tones that look like our youth. I’m not such a fan of the chisled abs and too big smile. I also don’t understand why his legs can’t be bent down to a sitting position. There’s opportunity here, but this could work for kids that have big imaginations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter really loves the Beach Ken doll. It is her first male figure Barbie. She takes it in the bathtub with her to play. In her mind it is the Dad of the Barbie family. It is a nice contrast compared to the other Barbie dolls she plays with on the daily.

My kids have never been into sitting and playing with Barbie’s… they’re more of adventure partners- out there experiencing all life has to offer- haha! He’s been swimming, had numerous baths, and been to more sporting activities than I can count and he still looks the same as when he came out of the box. He’s a hardy dude, ready for fun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice Ken doll. Great fun. Doll is a large size storing it my be an issue while out and about. Doll can be manipulated. Would have been nice if a change of clothes or at least a top would have been included. Doll is a good fun for girls and boys.

Ken joined the Barbies in some swim time in the tub and then took a trip in the Barbie camper to explore the new scene. No complaints from us, Barbies or Ken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beach Ken is a super fun doll! He is the perfect addition for the rest of our Barbie collection of Ken dolls! He has a pair of swim trunks that are easy to get off and on. We have used Ken in the pool/bath tub and does dry quickly. My 4 year old daughter likes to have Ken ride in the Barbie collection of vehicles and plays in the doll house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ken has come a long way. His arms and legs both move and he can bend at the waist to sit with Barbie. His swimming trunks are an army print in blue. He has a great smile and is a fun addition to our previously female only Barbie crew.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] He’s so adorable! We down own many Ken’s so when this guy came, he’s adorable. I love his little trunks. Looks like his job job is swimming. Anyways he’s cute, adorable and cannot be told to stop! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we liked this. he has a super cool outfit on and that he’s a beach doll. my kids liked the bright colors of his shorts. but it is a little disappointing that these are made out of hard plastic and aren’t bendable. it seems like if my little one gets ahold of it, he’ll be able to snap the stems and legs off easily.

She started to play right away and the blue shorts that it came with it was fantastic. Wish it came with some sort of sandals or shoes to complete the look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I didn't realize when I ordered it, this toy was for ages 3 yrs and up, I would still like to rate it. The Ken doll was what I would expect from the Barbie line. The features were clear and realistic and he came in a nice blue swimsuit. The color of his skin is a very nice brown.

They used him as a monster with their train set and also used him as an astronaut with their toy rockets. They enjoy playing with him. They also enjoyed swiveling his head around since it does go in a 360. Ken is Quite durable
