My daughter loves this doll, but the tail only lasted about 5 seconds. Hair secured with a rubber band and nothing else, of course that hair ended up in the trash. Now with the hair gone it makes a cute little belt, which is all that was really needed. With such long and unstyled hair it took me way to long to figure she had a tail lol. Otherwise she's fun and just the style my daughter likes.
