JENNA HELWIG is the food director at Real Simple and former food editor at Parents and Health magazines, and the author of five books, including Real Baby Food and Baby-Led Feeding. She is also a freelance writer, culinary instructor, and personal chef. Jenna lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her family.
