I enjoy watching the Barefoot Contessa on Food Network, with the same title - Back to Basics. The good news is that the same recipes can be found in this book that are on the show, but if your web savvy and want to print the recipes off of the website you can. Me, I prefer a book over a bunch of loose leaf papers. She offers lots of useful tips for those new to entertaining so this book really pertains to me. It's a keeper.
