Would not buy again.
Abysmal amount of noodles in the box. Some noodles clump together and refuse to cook, the noodles that do cook break apart into grainy bits and stick to the bottom of my pot. I follow the instructions but still im left with gross gunk. im not wasting my money on a bad product anymore.

BEST GF pasta!!
The absolute best gluten free pasta I’ve ever had!! Not too bad cost wise either. Cook a little under the suggested time and they hold together so well!!

Disappointed in the last ones I bought
I have used this product before and the noodles were regular fettuccine size and shape. The last several I bought have small thin noodles and look like regular spaghetti. Very very disappointing.

I made this pasta for a friend who has celiac disease. I had some leftovers and I tried them, and I couldn't tell the difference from regular pasta. Really good product!

Worst GF pasta I've had; like many other reviewers, mine broke into tiny pieces and ended up needing to eat it with a spoon. Worthless. If I wanted that, I would have used macaroni or penne! It also took WAY longer to cook than any other GF pasta I've had (at least a dozen brands). Was chewy and chalky.

Doesn't hold its shape
I tried the gluten free pasta, I was not impressed. I cooked exact specified on box for Al Dente, 13 minutes. I drained it put and in a bowl, that's when I noticed it was all broken into irregular lengths, it wasn't like when into to pot. It was impossible to eat with fork or a spoon. Too short for the too long for the spoon. I won't buy this product again.

Delicious GF pasta
I have had celiac for years now and this pasta is the closest to "normal" pasta that I have had. Make sure you cook it exactly on the time on the package or else you risk overcooking and then the pasta just falls apart. If you want to use this in any sort of recipe that gets baked in the oven, make sure you undercook it to ensure it doesn't just turn into mush.

This is the ONLY GF pasta that doesn't dry out after the first serving, that I have tried so far. Basically I like plenty of other GF pasta offerings, but this one behaves like traditional pasta for leftovers. Many others just feel like 'substitutions' , but this fettuccini feels tastes and acts like the real deal. Yum and thank you!

Tastes very corn-y and artificial, even for GF pasta. My family absolutely hates this brand of GF pasta every time I try to make it. Which is sad because it has a nice texture but it just doesn’t taste good.
