Batiste Original Dry Shampoo

Good for price. Smells nice. But leaves residue on dark hair

This is a staple item in my house, I can’t live without it! I’ve tried several other brands and this is by far the best.

I usually use Tresemme's Dry Shampoo. Which is nearly double the amount and less expensive. I couldn't find any for a while, and read some reviews to see if I could find anything as to why. In the process I discovered that the nozzles were frequently clogging. Perhaps problem management was in effect. So I bought the Batiste. First thing I noticed was it's difficult to be subtle with it's application, as it comes out all or nothing, and in longer bursts. Then upon the third use, the nozzle got stuck in the on position for a good five seconds. It seems Batiste told Tresemme to hold their beer. Dare I say having a great applicator is equally valuable as having a good product inside. Even on the off chance I got a faulty can of Batiste, I don't find the product to be any better than Tresemme's. I won't be repeat purchasing.

Smells wonderful and great to use on the go.

love the product but target raised the price by 2$ ever since black friday loool so just buy it somewhere else. the pic is my receipt from about a month ago of the price being 6.49 instead of 8.99

Maybe I’m not doing it right…but I do follow the directions on the can. It still leaves me with white flakes of dry shampoo.

Like many other reviewers have noted, the product continues to spray for several seconds after you’ve removed your finger from the nozzle. This is the second 5.71 oz bottle I’ve purchased in the last month where this is an issue. And with Target’s new return policy, I have to make an extra trip to the store to return. Not eligible for a refund or replacement online like before and not even eligible for a Drive-Up return.

My go to dry shampoo! Always works great and the white residue blends in quickly.

By far my favorite dry shampoo!! I cannot tell you how many times I’ve repurchased this!! The best and most affordable on the market I’d say.

Works well but when you spray it, it sprays white in your hair. It's less so if you shake it really well but still noticable if you have dark hair (not so much noticable with blonde/light brown hair)

I've tried all the dry shampoos and always come back to Batiste. It works better than prodicts 3x the price. Cuts through oil and adds volume. You do really have to work it in to get rid of the white cast. Definatley by the "for brunettes" version if you have darker hair.

I purchased it, but stopped using it because I starting hearing bad articles about the TOXICITY of Dry Shampoo. I will not be buying it anymore.

Great smell and effectiveness. Don’t apply too much or it is visible.

Never seen this on sale before. When I saw Target had 15% off I was surprised! So I definitely rush to buy as it works great on my hair!

Looooove it , I have a granddaughter who has oily hair & this works like a charm Oil is 100_% gone
