It took a little while, but the birds finally have tested it. We now have finches, robins, wrens, sparrows, bluejays and doves that visit and enjoy the copper bird bath.

This bird bath looks great and was easy to assemble. I wanted a copper bird bath for its natural antimicrobial benefits--plus it looks really nice. So far it has been easy to scrub clean with a bristle brush. I've seen blue birds and mourning doves drink from the edge so far in the ~3 weeks it has been set up--hopefully more birds use it as they get used to it. A water wiggler and heater fit nicely.
I love my birdbath and would buy it again.

I bought two of these beautiful birdbaths. The birds and I love them! I used rocks at the bottom to stabilize the post. (Just a little correction to a note on the instructions: copper is antimicrobial, meaning it kills harmful microbes, not "microbial," as is stated.) These are just perfect in every way!
