The scent is overwhelming. The online description says you can spray it on damp or dry hair but the can says dry and doesn’t mention damp. It is supposed to offer heat protection but the second ingredient is denatured alcohol which dries my hair out. I can’t imagine heat plus this will help protect my hair. It also supposed to offer some hold but does not. I don’t want to spray more on my hair for hold because the scent is overwhelming and lingers. I do not recommend.
