How to:
On wet hair for blow drying:
1. Apply a thin layer on detangled, towel dried hair before blow drying. (Yes, you can layer this on top of your Leave-In Conditioner!)
2. Blow dry using your favorite flat brush or round brush to create smooth, shiny, healthy looking hair.
On dry hair for thermal styling:
1. Hold the bottle 6” away from your hair and spray a thin layer on the section you want to heat style. I like to comb it through with my fingers or a comb for even distribution.
2. Use your curling iron, flat iron or any thermal hair styling tool to create your desired texture.
Tip: Go easy... a little goes a long way!

A: Hello! That's a great question. Yes, you may definitely use the Style Assist Blow Dry Mist after applying the Volumizing Mousse. We recommend that you concentrate on applying the Volumizing Mousse from your roots to the middle of your hair first and allow about 2 minutes before applying the Blow Dry Mist. We also recommend concentrating on the middle of your hair all the way to your ends when applying the Blow Dry Mist.

Either they had a formula change or I got a bad batch. I’ve used 3 bottles of this before. I took a year break to try out other products, came back and it’s just not the same at all. Smell used to be potent and clean, now there’s a spoiled after smell. I used to love this because my hair would smell great, shiny and bouncy. Now….no shine, and hair wrinkles easily. I don’t know what happened, so disappointed. Back to looking for another product

My favorite thing about this product is that it speeds up the time of my blow dry! It doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it feel greasy, which is something I deal with a lot because I have thin hair. It leaves my hair with a nice shine after my blowout.

I love adding shine to my hair with this oil spray. Just a couple of sprays is enough to make my hair look like it just came out of the salon. I apply it to dry hair and then blow-dry it a couple more times.

I am absolutely obsessed with all of the Kristin Ess products! First off, can we talk about how cute the packaging is? It's seriously so pretty. But more importantly, this blow dry mist is a game changer. It seriously cuts my blow dry time in half, which is a huge plus for me because I'm always running late. And can we talk about the smell? It's amazing! Not to mention, it actually works wonders on my hair without leaving it greasy or weighed down. Trust me, I've tried a lot of heat protectors and this one is definitely worth the price. I highly recommend giving it a try!

AMAZING! I have semi thick, coarse hair that usually takes a while to dry and this def cut my drying time by at least half. Another perk is that it makes my hair soft! The smell is a bit strong but doesn’t bother me. There’s no sticky residue, feels pretty much like water coming out of the bottle but there is definitely some secret potion in this! ;) BUY IT!!

My niece let me use this and I love it! I use this as a leave-in because I don’t blow dry or curl, etc. I have long thin hair that is color treated. I divide my hair in two sections and use 2 or 3 sprays on each section - length only. It definitely helps with the comb out! Doesn’t dry or leave oiiy residue. It smells great and I can still go 3 days between washes.

I have fube hair so wanted a lightweight heat protectant. Despite saying so, this is not lightweight and is super oily. Smells good nut is super strong. Left my hair shiny but weighed down with oils.

I feel like this spray has transformed my hair & made it soft & shiny. First off I apply it to my damp hair before blow drying. Focus on mid length to ends avoid your roots as the product is a bit greasy/oily feeling, but I like that as it adds shine to my hair. I also apply it to my dry hair before flat ironing or curling as a heat protectant. It works great for my thick coarse wavy hair. I will continue to purchase this product.
