The right one does not work!
These look great, are in awesome physical condition - but the right one does not work. Does not even register when the set is connected to my phone. The left and the case showing charged at 100%, but the right is just blank. This item says non-returnable, but I’m hoping Target will make this right…

Full of ear wax
I received the item and looked at the ear tips as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The ear tips were FULL of ear wax. When I am buying a target certified refurbished product, this is not the quality, safety and product I was expecting. These ear buds must not have gone through any quality control or been cleaned whatsoever. I'm really disgusted by this and don't see how I can trust the refurbished program.

Basically, I saw the amazing price so I ordered the headphones for one of my employee and I gave him the headphones as a gift The headphones arrive with two tears on the rubber they are not in the original box and not the original equipment. Basically nothing it's good in this headphones when a contact Target online two return the item they said you're only option. It's to return it at the store. And I was away for two weeks so I couldn't go to target
