This is such a wonderful product and is cruelty free- a HUGE plus! It takes the makeup off easily and gently. Nothing harsh about it and it smells nice too. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend it.

I like this product very much and have used it for years. It is gentle on my eyes and as I have a few eye problems this is very important to me. I apply it every night with a cotton pad to remove my makeup. A perfect product for me.

I really wanted a product to remove my waterproof mascara and unfortunately this was not the product to do it. If that isn't an issue for you, this product would be just fine.

In the past couple of years I have been trying to buy products that have not been tested on animals. (Even though they are a bit pricier than the ones in stores.) This is by far the worst product of this kind. I don't know how it got so good reviews!!!! I am very disappointed, it does not remove make-up at all!!!!! And bare in mind the fact that I don't use a lot of make-up, and certainly that it's not waterproof. I put on just some concealer and mascara. I would give no leaf to this product if possible.

I just started using this product. It doesn't remove mascara quite as well as Clinic, but it does a pretty good job. And I like that it has more natural ingredients and was not tested on animals, and leaves no residue. And the price is great!

This very gentle eye makeup remover is truly effective-even on stubborn waterproof mascara! I just put a little on a cotton pad and hold on my lashes for a few seconds to soften.. and then I gently wipe the residue away with the absolute minimum of tugging. And it does not irritate my sensitive skin at all, even the delicate eye area. As a licensed cosmetologist I have access to many professional products...this is by far my favorite makeup remover and the only one I use.

My only dissatisfaction comes from that if you get the solution into your eyes it can sting a bit. Not horribly but enough to want to flush your eyes with water. All in all, works super fast on all types of waterproof and regular mascaras. Very happy and will purchase this product again.

This remover is far better than my old brand which I thought was great until trying BWC. There is quick removal of makeup without even the slightest stinging or irritation. And it's even better since its not tested on animals! I'm also giving this to my daughter and even my son to remove his eyeblack after playing baseball - It works GREAT!!

Takes off mascara completely & leaves NO residue under or in the corners of my eyes after washing my face. Love it. Would definitely recommend.
