It worked amazingly the first time but haven’t been able to reconnect it since.

We love it! We had some ear problems after sickness went through our home and this was able to get the wax out of our ears. I used Debrox and so many other tools, but this finally got all of the compacted wax out of my ears.

Be very careful with this ear wax removal device. This ruptured my ear drum and I lost my hearing for about a month. I also developed a pretty severe ear infection. If you use this please be very careful!

This works great! It takes a little bit of time to figure out how to maneuver but it’s easily one of the best purchases I’ve made.

Its asking for a password which I dont have so it won't connect to WIFI

It has detatchable scoops of different sizes for cleaning, but I’d only ever used the one that came attached, as it fit my ears fine and detached for cleaning. I always made sure to reattach it tightly. The last time I used the product the attachment came off in my ear canal, and I had to use tweezers to remove it.

I was looking for an alternative to Q tips and I bought this without reading the description, and boy am I glad I bought this. It’s the weirdest and coolest thing I’ve ever purchased. It comes with an app so you can see the inside of your ear and clean it, which is gross at first but also really really awesome! When I was sticking a q tip in my ear, I was always worried that I was going to clog my ear or something. Now, I can see all the wax and scrape it away. It’s reusable, and the instructions say to clean with an alcohol swab, easy enough. It also comes with a cover and looks like a pen, which is way more appealing than dirty Q tips in the bathroom trashcan. I would say, without a doubt, my ears are the cleanest they’ve ever been. I haven’t dug my finger in my ear ever since I purchased this because I get every little wax out with this product. Oh and, it takes the same amount of time to brush your teeth as it is to use this… it really doesn’t take that long to get used to moving a stick in your ear and watching a camera. One last thing, I’m not a clean perfectionist nor do I like weird things, but I do like my ears to be completely clean so I don’t have to dig my finger in my ear during the day. This is the magic device to rid of that problem.
