A Game-Changer for Japanese Beetle Control!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been battling Japanese beetles in my yard for a few summers now, and this Bonide trap has been the best solution I’ve tried yet. Right out of the box, the assembly was super easy—everything clicked into place without frustration. I hung it on a shepherd’s hook about 10 feet from my garden and almost instantly started seeing beetles flying in. Effectiveness-wise, this thing does its job really well. Within just a few hours, there were multiple beetles already in the bag. Over a couple days, it captured dozens. It’s oddly satisfying watching it work! What I also appreciate is that it seems to attract beetles away from my plants, not just in general. The materials feel pretty sturdy, especially for a seasonal product. The bag holds up well in rain and heat, and the yellow plastic hasn’t faded or cracked. Maintenance is minimal—just keep an eye on the bag level and swap it out when full. The attractant has lasted longer than I expected too, which adds value. For the price, this kit gives you serious bang for your buck. It’s a low-effort, high-payoff solution if you’re dealing with a beetle infestation. Just be sure to place it far enough from the plants you’re trying to protect—this thing does attract a crowd.
Great for my plants keeping away the insects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble, very hard material and efficient, keep it simple and organized, a valuable resource to keep away from all kind of bugs ( harmful) and great for the price, I don’t need too much maintenance to keep it right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My garden was devoured this year by Japanese beetles. (You can see my poor goji berry in the photo) I wish I had found this product sooner. I’m always ready to try a natural and pesticide free way of ridding pests in my organic garden. These traps can keep up with the Texas sun and are low maintenance. I’ll definitely be pulling them out at the height of the season next year.
Easy to use, very effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These beetle catchers are amazing! They seem so simple but they are so effective to keep the beetles from attacking our plants. The assembly was super easy, and there is zero maintenance needed. I would definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble and maintain. Not effective for collecting the Japanese beetles (or lady bugs as we refer to them as). Not sure if there are just not as many, but the trap was mostly empty. No odor or mess was nice!! Seems durable, held up though a storm.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Beetle Bagger is super easy to set up. It comes with two disposable collection bags, a lure and a lure holder. I had the wind blow it down a couple of times but I live up on a hill so I expected it to happen a lot more. It is cost efficient and I will definitely buy a few more. Great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It worked great. We get Beatles because of the trees. I put this thing up and they all went for it. I didn't see as much this time. I'm happy I found a new way to get rid of them. It's nice sturdy durable plastic holder and bags. Easy to put up. Worth getting especially if you hate bugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary Bonide Japanese Beetle Bagger Trap Kit from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I received a complete kit that contained the trap, lure and two collection bags. I like having fresh blackberries in our backyard however so do the Japanese beetles. The trap was easy to assemble. I did need to provide a way to hang the trap near the garden. The dual floral/pheromone lure system has a pleasant scent that smells like citronella. I like that once the bag is full it can be replaced while still using the original trap. I also like that lure and bags refills are available, meaning less waste. I look forward to seeing if I am able to win the battle for our fresh blackberries with the assistance of Bonide Japanese Beetle Bagger Trap Kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to setup, small profile fits in the garden perfectly. We haven't had alot of beetles this year so I can't say how well it works. Going to leave it up for the season though. For the price it is a great value. The only problem i had was the bag ripped a small bit when assembling but doesn't effect the overall use.
Kills bugs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Japanese beetle trap was easy to put together and includes 2 bags. Once a bag fills just remove and throw away. So far this summer I’ve used just one bag and just put on my second. The beetles haven’t seemed to be as bad this year as in previous years.
Will try 10 or more to maximize the efficiency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very easy to use and the fragrance is nice. There have not been many Japanese beetles in my garden this year so I can't tell if it works effectively when there are ton of them. But it did catch the ones appeared in my garden this year. I will definitely try these traps again next summer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good concept for a product. The bags were much bigger and sturdier than I expected which I really liked. It seems like it will catch a lot of bugs in just one bag, so no need to change it out super often. Unfortunately this year I didn’t have any Japanese beetles on my plants, which is so strange because I normally do every year. Maybe they got scared away by the bags. I’m not sure, but when I do have Japanese beetles again I will definitely be using these bags to keep them from destroying the plants.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bonide Japanese Beetle Bagger Trap Kit was easy to set up. We used an empty shepherds hook to hang it close to our vegetable garden. Within a couple days it was full to the level in the picture, so it's definitely effective. Unfortunately, the beetles were just too bad for our broccoli to survive them, but this product did help a bit. I imagine it would be even more effective if set up from the beginning of the garden. Will most likely use this again in the future. I only did 4 stars because it did seem to stop gathering more beetles after about one week.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this was pretty easy to get set up and put out in my yard. I didn’t end up getting as many beetles in there as I expected, but that could be because of not as many of the beetles even being in the area. Overall thought it was good and it held up well in some pretty bad weather this summer.
