The package contains 2 white paper lanterns with black grad caps and yellow tassels attached. Assembly is required. Two metal supports to assemble the lanterns and transparent cord for hanging are included. The lanterns measure 9.5 Inches. For decorative use only. Do not expose to any flame or heat source by placing them in contact with candles, light bulbs, tea lights, etc. Hang these cute lanterns up to decorate for a graduation party. Instructions for putting together: 1. Carefully open paper lantern. 2. Insert wire expander "indented" end first; hook the "feet" into the rings at the top of the paper lantern. 3. Assemble grad cap by inserting tabs into slots. 4. Tie cord to the center of the expander at the top of lantern. 5.
