Bell + Howell 8 LED Round Slate Solar Powered Disk Lights with Auto On/Off

I think the light intensity is adequate, however, I would prefer a somewhat brighter/more intense light. The quality is adequate, however, I would like a more sturdy device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to keep a well lit path from my backdoor to my garden in my yard, and the light illuminates great making it easy to see and it is weather resistant so it would fizz out when it gets wet or too hot. I will definitely be getting a few more for my front yard as well. They were easy to install and they last long. The makeup of these are durable and is built with great quality material.

I was extremely surprised with how well they lit up and was already looking online to buy more (only received 4). I have had the lights installed for about 3 weeks now, and unfortunately one of them is already really dim. I am wondering since the leaves have grown on the trees that it receives a lot less light now, than it did before. My concern is that it does not receive less light than before because the other three lights are within a three foot radius of each other and work great. Another downfall is the stakes that you drive them into the ground with are very flimsy (my ground is pretty soft). I would definitely buy more if they all continued to work well for a period of time (at least 2 years). At this time only 3 of the 4 work well for me ☹

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently added Bell + Howell Semi-Flush Mount LED Landscape Lighting as an accent to our stone walkway. The lights look almost like little stones themselves. Semi-flush so they can sit slightly above the surface area where they are placed. The lights are wireless and solar powered so they are easy enough for anyone to use without any electrical knowledge. The assembly is super simple. Just snap together the pieces to form a stake then place them almost anywhere. It's really that easy. They look attractive during the day and amazing at night!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lights charge easily, are simple to install and last till a normal bedtime. They look descent too and are at a reasonable price. They do dim a bit after a few hours but still produce light till after midnight.

I love the fact I don't have to worry about batteries The lights are bright. They do dim after about 6 hours. The only problem I had was with the spike. The spikes are plastic. One of them broke while I was pushing it into the ground. Over all I am happy with the lights

They are brighter than other solar lights I've seen. The light isn't too harsh but bright enough to light up my walk area. The stakes to put them in the ground seem a little flimsy, but once set in the dirt it stays put.

We have a problem remember to leave our porch light on sometimes before we leave and these have made those nights that we forget so much better. I love the stone look on them. They were easy to install and I love that they lay flush to the ground. Really make my front steps look much nicer and they are quite bright which is nice.

They do not produce a lot of light, but just enough to keep things illuminated. I love that they are solar powered, so I don't have to worry about batteries, running an extension cord for power, or turning them on and off.

The lights turn on/off themselves AND they use solar power, so no batteries required! They also hold up really well, and blend in well wherever you want to put them in your lawn/around your house.

All you need is the light from the sun. These lights are portable they are Auto on and auto off and they are water resistant. How great is that. I also noticed that they are rust resistant and that is great because we have a lot of weather changes where I live. they are super easy to install and super easy-to-use. They add a great look to any landscape. They add a great look to any place where you want to have a lighter path.

Wish they lit under them as well as on top, but they are amazing as is so I’m kinda glad they didn’t because it gives the perfect rock look around your flower bed or walkway!

Extremely easy to either put in the ground or mount- We have a ramp going up to our front door and I wanted some extra lighting for the area these 4 lights are perfect. The brick look design on the front looks neat also and they are nice and bright and have added a nice look.

I like that they lay flat to the ground, so I don’t have to worry about anyone knocking them over. I love the design, they look really nice, and they work well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to like these disk lights. I was so excited to order these because the concept seemed great, but the execution is bad. The lights themselves seem well made – the disks are sturdy and heavy, and you can tell thought went into the design and water proofing of the lights. I put these along my backyard patio. First, they are very bright! But that does not translate to illuminating the patio at all. With the LEDs being on the top of the disk, any light produced goes up and gets lost to the night without illuminating anything around them or the ground near them. All you can see is the super blinding bright LEDs burning into your retinas and nothing else. It’s uncomfortable to look at. The light temperature is also very cold and uninviting. I tried moving them to other parts of my yard such as next to my house or under a tree, but still, all that I could see is the LED bulbs themselves and nothing else is illuminated by them. Maybe if they had some type of cover to diffuse the light they could work as decorative light for the yard. I can’t recommend these as a viable alternative to standard solar light stakes.

This is the perfect solution for us. I'm interested still to see how well they'll hold up outside, but it's a huge help for our needs.
