Does not work
Bought to use for our Christmas dinner. The card keeps declining even though the full balance is on there and the merchant says it should work. Feeding my kids cereal for Christmas dinner while we travel because we have no other options.

It's a No for Me
While it was delivered quickly, it has been a nightmare to use or get assistance with. It seems it may only be for in restaurant use (legitimately printing it), but this does not appear on the Target site or the third party website. I do like the food at the restaurant but buying another electronic gift card in this manner seems highly unlikely.
