Lovely built in ice pack, all in one, feels sturdy, personalization was a nice touch

I like it. It’s easy for my kids to open and use. But my daughters did not keep her stuff separated. And her yogurt got on her other food. My son didn’t have that issue.

Love this cozy little set so much! Disassembles quickly for easy cleaning and does not leak. Food stays cold and fresh. Love the color combo and how easily it opens and closes, but feels very secure!

Product is exactly what I thought it would be. I like the size and think it will work nicely!! I did do a test run and I was a little disappointed that the food wasn’t super cool after 2.5 hours. It was just faintly cool. But keeping my fingers crossed that it will keep her fruits and vegetables cool enough, as she is only a half-day student right now!!

Best bento box ever for my middle schooler ❤️ Personally I love the removable ice pack keeps the food colder longer! Definitely leak proof! This is also a really good sized bento for adults as well. I may consider buying some for me and some for my husband.

These lunchboxes work great. I do use them with other ice packs to ensure my children’s lunch stay really cold. My daughter really likes them. I rated the kids one a 3 out of 5 because it’s honestly really tiny. I can’t even fit a peanut butter and jelly with normal sandwich bread in there. I wish I would have gotten two of the adult ones instead of one adult and one kid.

$35 seems pricey but it is slick. good quality and comes with an ice pack inside of it to keep your lunch chilled. the inside is roomy so perfect for big lunches. the second photo is me comparing the bento box to my hand, please dont mind my nails i am in the middle of soaking off my acrylic lol

In order to open it there’s potential to dump the entire contents on the floor. Not what I want for my new kindergartner. Also main compartment is too small to hold a sandwich.

My kid picked this out for his kindergarten year. It took some work to figure out opening and closing it on his own, and at first, he'd sometimes not get it closed back all the way, which created a mess if he had leftovers. More importantly, the ice pack doesn't stay cold nearly long enough to keep everything cool for very long, which could be an issue if you have a later lunch or aren't storing it in a very cool place in the meantime. It would also be nice if there was a carrying bag available for this; it's kind of slippery and difficult for little hands to carry to the lunch room, especially along with a water bottle. We found a small tote bag that worked fine, but having bags made to fit (and maybe to coordinate with the colors or collabs) would be helpful. All that said, the basic usability of being able to separate out his lunch items was great, and being able to toss the insert in the dishwasher was super helpful. We got a 2 pack, but ended up putting the 2nd box away, as we usually run the dishwasher every other day, and the spare ice pack came in handy when we forgot to unpack his lunch box the night before. At the price it was, he'll be using them again this year, but if I had it to do over again, I'd just get the regular bento box and use separate ice packs.

We love our Chill box... Bentgo, could you please PLEASE make a Chill in stainless steel???? That would be perfect. I don't want to choose between the food safety aspect of keeping my child's lunch cold, and the plastic-free safety aspect of stainless steel. In the meantime, I would recommend this lunchbox to anyone. Thank you :)
