Q: Does it have a handle to carry it by?
A: Hi NV and thanks for the question! The Bentgo Kids' lunch box is built with a rubber grip that makes it easy to hold, especially for kids. It does not have an actual handle. Bentgo offers a lunch bag that was made just to fit these lunchboxes. The lunch bag does have a handle and a shoulder strap. Q: How are multiple layers of plastic supposed to keep the food inside cold? I then have to wrap it in ice packs and into another container? Thats nuts.
A: Hi, The Bentgo Kids lunchbox is designed to be durable and leakproof, it is not insulated. Depending on the overall environment the lunchbox is going to be stored in before lunch time, it is recommended to keep it inside an insulated lunch bag and insert ice packs, if needed. Bentgo Support
