Very nice toilet seat. Heavy wood toilet seat but has soft close mechanism. Looks a little taller and goofy but works very well. Doesn’t move side to side like plastic seats. I wood purchase again.

The toilet seat looks nice, and the lid stays up and has a nice soft close. This issue is when the seat is put up it does not stay up. It slowly closes when in use which is not good.

Please ensure the toilet tank lid is fully pushed back and not interfering with the toilet seat cover when upright. Additionally, if the toilet tank itself is not properly mounted or includes pads underneath in the back, this will cause the tank to lean forward and interfere with the toilet seat. Prior to packaging the seats for shipment, we ensure the toilet seat can fully open when not installed, so if you believe it is a defect within the hinge, you may bring the seat back to Target for a full replacement at no cost to you. All our toilet seats carry a one-year manufacturing defect warranty, which we have in place with Target's corporate office as a contract agreement. Paint wore off the seat & it got gross discoloration within less than 6 months & needed to get replaced. Do not recommend

The cleaning instructions that are provided with all our products recommend cleaning your toilet seat with warm soapy water and a soft cloth. To disinfect the seat, you can clean with antibacterial hand soap. Bathroom cleaners are harsh and can stain the seat or take the paint off.
