The carving knife has a design etched into it that looks aesthetically pleasing. I think that this would be an excellent set to use during a dinner party or other occasion. I also like the way this knife cuts easily. This set feels well made and has a solid weight and feel to it. It’s a good size for carving and has a sharp edge. Overall I really love this carving set!
