missing all hardware/poor customer service
I purchased 4 of these. The first two I put together by myself easily. The 3rd one didn’t have any hardware in it. I called on a Friday and was told I would get an email in reference and to respond to the email. I never got an email so I emailed the company later that day as well. I finally got a response the following Monday evening and all it said was that I would receive the hardware in 10 days. Very upset my project is being put on hold for so long. Customer service is horrible. Other than that the system is good with the exception of some screws that strip easily. I should have kept the box in tack and returned the closet and ordered another one and would have been able to finish faster.
