Q: If one light burns out how many go out with it?

When lights burn out - 3 days ago

A: Hello, lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Inspecting/replacing fuses located on wall plug should also be advised. Thank you.

Q: Does this tree come with a remote?

A: Hello KSD, no this tree come with a foot switch. On some models a controller attached to the power cord is how lights are controlled. Thank you.
