A: There is no connection for a tree topper. Need to run an extension cord. We went without one this year. Loved the tree, but that was a BIG Boo! Next year we'll finger something out..

Q: The Warm White Lights - Slow Fade switches to color and does not stay on the white color. It is the same as the Multi Color Lights - Slow Fade. Is there a way to fix this?

Q: How do you get the lights to stay on one setting? I would like to keep it only on white lights. I read that is doesn’t have memory which is understandable but when I plug in how do I keep it only just the white setting? Thanks

A: Hello Cayla, using the light controller or on some models a the foot selector switch is used to select the particular light pattern.

A: Lights are wired in series, meaning if one bulb burns out, other lights will remain lit. However, if bulb socket/s are loose, entire strand will not light. Trouble-shooting will require pushing firmly down on all bulb sockets checking for loose or broken bulbs that will cause short circuits, resulting all lights to fail on that stand. Moreover, checking the interconnected wires will also help.

I purchased the tree holiday season of 2024 it was ok. Lights worked however, the branches are flimsy and some came off when fluffing the tree. It looks a bit sparse but with ornaments it looked fine. The real problem is this year 2025 the whole bottom section of the tree won’t light up. I contacted the manufacturer and since it’s past the 60 day warranty period the said good luck and good bye please contact target. Unfortunately it’s also past Targets return policy. So if you’re looking for durability and good customer service look elsewhere.

Target should not sell this item. This looks nothing like the picture. It is completely misleading. I fluffed according to the directions for a full hour and it’s still completely bald. I can see the center post which is not even slightly visible in the item’s picture. Only a 30 day return policy so I’m stuck with it but this is by far the worst purchase I have ever made from Target. And the return policy is a joke.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered this product well before Xmas, as I did not want to miss out. I checked it briefly but did not assemble fully until the day after Thanksgiving . After cycling through all the light options, I realized the 9th option did not exist. There was no solid white twinkling option. The eighth and final option would switch between white and colored lights. This is NOT as described and pictured. And since 30 days have passed, Target will not allow a return. Totally unacceptable practice for a defective product.

I just recieved this tree and I gave it 2 stars because I like the shape of the tree, the lights are another story. I'm so disappointed in the lack of lights. The top and bottom section have plenty of lights but the rest of the tree is terrible. I'm disappointed to have to go through the hassle of sending back and ordering something different

Overall, I love this tree, especially since it was under $200. The only thing that I would change is perhaps a few more lights. It was easy to put together but it does require a lot of fluffing. I will probably fluff a little more to even out a few spots. The shape mimics that of a real tree, which is what I was looking for. I like that the LED lights can be warm white light or multi colored, I prefer steady on, but there are multiple settings to choose from. I think it will look great once decorated!

I don’t usually write reviews but this tree seemed to have mixed opinions. If you’re on the fence— GET IT! It’s gorgeous. We have it up in our coffee shop and it’s the best vibe. I didn’t have high hopes for this tree but I was pleasantly surprised! It did take quite a bit of fluffing to look good but once that was done, it was a beautifully designed tree and looked much prettier than my much more expensive trees. I liked that it could switch between colored lights or white lights, and the foot tap to turn in on and off was convenient.

First artificial tree in a long time
Love this tree. With the prices of live trees becoming so high I decided that if I could find a 12 foot tree for under $400 that I would convert. Now that most artificial trees are so easy to assemble and the lights are already on them, it is a game changer! It has more than one ‘type’ of branch making it feel more real. I love how the branches are not perfectly even leading itself to capture the look of a real Aspen Noble Fir. I do wish it had more lights on it but we can always add if needed. Overall, very happy as it’s our first year not getting a live tree in almost 2 decades.

I always have a real tree--until now! I am on my own, so buying and hauling in a tree and lighting it and decorating it and watering it and disposing of it has become a bit too much. I was hesitant to buy an artificial tree--but I took the plunge and I'm glad I did. This was easy to assemble and it looks like the real thing!

So disappointed at the misrepresentation of this tree. It is not really a beautiful tree, if you want a realistic artificial tree this isn't it. I've had so many issues in the past with "realistic artificial Christmas trees", it's a lot of that fake plastic fluff all over. Just buy another for a bit more and be truly satisfied. I HATE that the advertisement of the image is so misleading. Just seriously, be honest with how it really looks like. Wasted time fluffing and unboxing. These ones are not it. This looks more like a $75 tree! It doesn't matter how you fluff it. It is not as pictured.
