I bought this for the compact style for our second home. We have a commercial style at home that cost $2,000. I was truly amazed at the functionality of this one and the price! My cousin was at our home and tried this compact version. She went home and ordered one for herself. I recommend this product. I would even buy this as a gift the price point is great for this vibration plate machine.

I received the machine yesterday. You can't use it on carpet, and it's larger and heavier than I expected it to be; therefore, I can't easily put it in a closet after I use it. Also, it's hard to properly insert the power cord into the machine, so I won't move it (now that it's attached) even if the machine was lighter and smaller.

My muscles are relaxed & I am not sore after being on it. You can use the plate for other exercises as well, planks, core exercise or you can sit and just have your feet on the plate while it vibrates your legs if you’re not able to stand for a length of time. Would have given five stars if I received the color I ordered. Either way it works fine. Easiest workout in my 40 years of trying(I am 60). Never knew things could jiggle so much until you try this out. Love it!!
