The supplement boast a decent list of vitamins and nutrients. They are pretty large and bring back prenatal memories. My prenatal vitamins were pretty large too. I didn’t care for the aftertaste, but a sip of juice to help push everything down helped. I did notice a difference in the smell of my pee, so I don’t know how much is absorbed versus being peed out. I also didn’t really feel any different after taking the supplement. I think it’s worth a try if you feel you’re deficient, but I really wasn’t too impressed. They’re just okay.
