[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unpacking took about 10 minutes to get out of the parts organized all the parts were wrapped in plastic to protect them. All the parts are numbered. The hardware is in a nice bag and is numbered as well for ease of use. When I opened the box I was surprised because from the outside of the box the frame looked like it’s wood however; it’s not its metal. The instruction booklet is pictures for the most part that you have to follow for assembly. The bed comes with all the tools you need minus scissors. Due to an instructions only being pictures, it did have me guessing at times which direction a certain part goes. Assembly took about three hours, but it was worth it. Well worth the price and a very sturdy and well designed bed. One of the best I have seen. It comes with plugs in the headboard as well as lights with different settings. It also has USB connectors. Nice bag on the side to put your phone or remote so you don’t loose it which is a nice touch.
