Not for me
I did like this at first, but then recognized that it was raising my bp so I had to stop talking it. But that doesn’t mean it wouldn’t work for someone else.

I'm happy with these.
I'm just starting my second bottle of these pills. I believe they, combined with the eye essential vitamins, are making a difference in our eyes. When I started taking these my eyes were needing my reading glasses most of the time. After a month on just the essential eye vitamins I was feeling a relief in the strain of my eyes, but after another month with the two combined I am able to take my glasses off while I watch TV. That was a pleasant surprise for me.

It appears to be helping. I will buy it again. Saffron for eyes has good research behind it.

Not so Moody
I started taking the Saffron for my moodiness. I had read that saffron helps with stress. So, I have added this to my supplements. I do believe it is helping. I am less stressed and my life hasnt changed. So I give it 2 thumbs up "
