I sometimes make pancakes but mostly waffles. It’s easy to mix and this dough is not clumpy at all unlike others. I always bake the waffles twice. The second time to make them crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

Was looking for a clean ingredient pancake mix and let me tell you! DE-LISH-US! We love this mix! Just wish they sold it in bigger bags because the entire bag only makes like 12 small/medium pancakes. Other than that, these are amazing!

We just discovered this buttermilk pancake mix on a whim and are completely hooked. It’s even good without any toppings! The only thing is that it’s hard to come by at stores. Stock up if you see it on the shelves, you won’t be disappointed. :)

Sometimes I look for alternatives to what I usually use. Preferably, something that would be a better option. I came across this brand at the store, took a quick look at the ingredients, and decided I had to try this. I was skeptical and thought maybe it'd taste funny, maybe my kids wouldn't like it. Fortunately, the pancakes are very delicious and myself and my children enjoy these. I highly recommend this brand.

Tried this for the first time this morning and was sad to find that the waffle griddle tore them in half. The consistency wasn’t good enough to stick together. The taste is fine just cannot make waffles with it.

The package said they'd be as good and fluffy as those in a restaurant. That isn't true. They are the BEST flippin pancakes I've ever had anywhere! Definitely better than at home. They don't need as much syrup either because they are so flavorful on their own. And they don't turn to mush before you're finished. I don't normally write many reviews, especially for food but this product more than deserves high praise. Try them. If you don't love them, feel free to send them on to me!

My partner and I love Birch Benders pancake mixes. We've tried so many of them and they do not disappoint. I especially like that they taste very high quality and some have protein added in which is a huge plus for us. My partner is vegan and I am pregnant so protein is important for us and we try to get it in anyway we can. Love this product and we'll continue to stick with them.

I LOVE pancakes, and I’m not picky. But wow oh wow; these were legitimately the worst pancakes I’ve ever had. I couldn’t stand to eat them. Perhaps I wasn’t mindful enough as to how healthy and organic they were, but still. They were so gross. Not worth it imo.
