Great feeder. I also have the feeder in the large size. Very well made sturdy recycled poly construction with stainless steel hanger and brackets. The large platform I have had for a while and still looks new. Would buy another if I ever need another which I doubt since these seem like they will last a very long while. Would give more stars is available.

I love the feeder. I'm glad it is well built because unfortunately the raccoons love it too.

I have had a traditional two sided feeder that I took down and replaced with this platform feeder. I had difficulty with the two sided feeder not being large enough to enable nuts and fruit to get through. These nuts and fruit are mostly in the waste free blends. But the waste free was wasted in the two sided feeder because it would go moldy. In the platform feeder I put a half a cup a day. It is eaten by nightfall and is truly no waste. I wish I had gotten the larger feeder.

High-quality and well made to withstand the Midwest weather! My backyard birds are loving it! Also, supporting a Midwest business feels good, too!

I like the openness, it does invite squirrels, but I knew that when I set it up. It attracts all manner of sing birds and allows me to leave fruit in the basket too.

Just fill with some seed, hang from a bracket or tree and watch the birds enjoy! I like that the birds can sit inside of the tray which to me makes it seem like they stay a little longer that way. Not only do I love that it is made from recycled material but it also came with a S hook so I was able to easily hang it. I love how it holds bird food that is pretty small, some really tiny seeds did fall through but most stayed within the bird feeder. The feeder seems to be well made and durable and it looks lovely in my backyard. The birds have been enjoying it a lot! Totally recommend! It adds even more beauty to my yard!
