The sauce could use improving to mask the odd taste of the noodles. For me it was just okay. If you are trying to give this to children who already know the taste of mac and cheese don't even bother.

Not the best Mac & cheese ever but not inedible. It definitely has a “healthy” aftertaste but still very cheesy which helps masks that. I wasn’t able to finish the whole bowl and didn’t end up saving the leftovers, not sure if I’d repurchase at this time…

I bought this thinking it would be a new way to add more veggies to my diet. It wasn't near as good as I was hoping & the smell of it is very off-putting. I'd prefer to fix the pasta & just add the veggies to it.

I did not expect this to be good, but how wrong I was. Expected cauliflower aftertaste, etc. There was non, just tasted like good Mac and cheese to me. Have read reviews of disappointment, but, truly don’t get it. It has now become more than an alternative, will be my go to when I want Mac and cheese

Finally decided to try this and was very disappointed! The finished product looks nothing like the cheesy picture. No cheese taste at all. Took a picture for comparison.

This is bitter, SO bitter. The texture is fine. It smelled ok, but it is the most bitter thing I have ever eaten. It is inedible. I cannot imagine someone tasting this and saying, let’s put our brand name on this.

So disappointed. This was the 2nd time I've bought this. The first time was about a year ago and it just didn't taste right, but there was cheese back then.THIS time I swear the noodles were just dusted and then put in a bag. There was no cheese sauce whatsoever. Completely not as advertised in my opinion. I didn't even finish it. I was so looking forward to it as making healthy swaps when I can, but this was an entire let down. If you just want to sell veggie noodles, do that. But don't tease us with mac and cheese when it's just mac :/

The product was almost inedible. The taste was unpleasant. The product needs spice/s added to give it flavor. It tasted a little better with fresh ground black pepper. It probably would have tasted even better with ground beef. I thought the product would have vegetables incorporated into pasta flour not pasta solely made from vegetables. I will not be purchasing this product again as I find the taste of the product to be vile.

Pretty good alternative overall, especially given the macros. The texture of the shells was really nice, I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell they weren’t real pasta. My only complaint is the sauce had a slightly sour flavor which left a strange aftertaste in my mouth. It didn’t bother me too much until after I was done eating though.

I'm not entirely sure what was worse, they taste or the smell. I suppose the smell. The taste I could at least get rid of by brushing. The smell lingered for hours in my house.

I am a big fan of the Birds Eye cauliflower wings and I was looking for something else just as easy for a lazy Tuesday night post gym meal. I popped it in the microwave and then air fried it for about 3 mins with the cauliflower wings and a veggie burger. You can eat this alone with some seasonings to taste or make it as the base of a meal, possibly even 2. If I had not added in some other ingredients I think the single bag would’ve been just as filling on its own! As I type this I still have half a plate left. Excited to experiment with this product further!

I usually love this product; I'm a repeat customer and have purchased and enjoyed it many times. However, I just cooked my recent bag (UPC 14500 03156, Best by May 1, 2024) and it was missing the cheese. Very disappointing lunch today. Normally would recommend, but not today's meal.
